The Twelfth Annual Conference on Advances in Cognitive Systems will take place from Monday, October 13, to Wednesday, October 15, 2025. The meeting will be held at Georgia Tech's Global Learning Center, which is located at 84 5th St. NW Atlanta, GA 30308. Food and coffee will be available throughout the conference and breakfast and lunch is included in the conference registration fee.
The pre-conference workshops will take place at the Technology Square Research Building, which is located at 85 Fifth Street, NW Atlanta, GA 30308. Lunch will be provided at the workshop.
On the evening of October 13th, 2025, there will be a reception event, with food and drinks, at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference center in Conference Room A.

We highly recommend booking a hotel at the Georgia Tech Hotel, which is adjacent and connected to the Global Learning Center and across the street from the Technology Square Research Building. However, there are dozens of other hotels in the surrounding Midtown area.
Most participants will fly into the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), which is approximately 12 miles from the hotel and conference location.
